Jo
With over 30 years of experience working within the Architectural and Design sector, Jo is an Operations and Finance Manager who loves bringing order to chaos and helping teams work smoothly.
She focuses on creating clear processes, reliable financial insights, and day-to-day systems that make work feel easier for everyone.
Jo enjoys solving problems, supporting people, and finding practical ways to help organisations grow without losing their sense of balance.
Ruth
With over 20 years’ experience in the design industry, Ruth began her career training straight from school at a local, well-known Architectural Practice, gaining her HNC in Construction.
Pubs had always played an important role in her own social life, and the idea of creating welcoming spaces where people come together to relax, connect and enjoy themselves strongly appealed to her!
Since then, Ruth has specialised in Hospitality Design, working with many major pub operators such as Punch Pubs, Greene King, Stonegate and Shepherd Neame, alongside numerous independent businesses - many of which have gone on to win industry awards!
